run savvy is a network of qualified running coaches with a passion for developing athletes.
Our coaches have experience in working with athletes across the development pathway - from those taking their first steps in running right through to international athletes who have competed at the highest level.

Whilst we believe strongly in the benefits of one-to-one, personal coaching, we understand that sometimes athletes just crave the structure and accountability a personal training plan will bring.

If you prefer custom coaching, our experienced coaches will help you progress towards your goals (whatever they may be) through structured coaching which suits you.

This is a 12-week plan which includes walk breaks. It assumes a very low level of fitness and helps the athlete towards running 5k non-stop. It starts with 1 minute runs.

This is a 12-week plan which assumes you can run 5k non-stop. This plan will assist you in completing your 5k quicker, whilst also looking at building a strong aerobic base to help you progress further.

Are you happy at your progress over 5k? This is a 12-week plan which will help you build towards completing your first 10k; running it non-stop. The plan will also assist in building a strong aerobic base to help you progress further.

This is a 12-week plan which assumes you can run 10k non-stop. This plan will assist you in completing your 10k quicker, whilst also looking at building a strong aerobic base to help you progress further.

For anything above 10k, we strongly recommend a discussion with our expert coaches. After this, based on your choice, we can offer a one-off plan specific to you, or if you prefer, one-to-one custom coaching. For best results, please contact us at least 16 weeks before your goal race.
